12 Jan Cooking with Anthony Genovese
09 January 2017. The pluri-starred chef of “Il Pagliaccio” Restaurant in Rome has undertaken to create dishes “matched” to the stone in our Sider kitchen.
The dishes, result of Anthony Genovese creativity, represent the meeting of typical Tuscan and international cuisine ingredients, tradition and innovation, the same mix that leads our works.
We thank Anthony for dedicating himself to this challenge; results of this unique combination will be visible in our kitchen catalog, to be released in March.
